MGC conducts primary and secondary research services within recognized methodologies carefully selected to meet the unique needs of each client.

MGC undertakes secondary research through an assortment of sources, including:

1.  Gathering Internal Information

Example:  Key company personnel in pertinent areas of management, marketing, and other divisions are identified and interviewed for their input on consumer wants, customer needs, company reputation, product perception, and pertinent information regarding the competition.

2.  Gathering External Information

Example:  Appropriate proprietary databases, data sources, and other research media are determined and accessed for pertinent information on industry, customer and competitive intelligence.
